This family’s brief was to have an easy care home away from home, to stop in between their many active interests. We set out to design a purpose-built holiday home for a wintery escape, summer hike or mountain bike.
Inside you’ll find a beautiful, modern interior with an open plan living and dining area combined with a fully equipped kitchen. Using negative detail ply on the wall for robust finish this home oozes relaxation as soon as you walk in.
It was important to create a place where they could cosy up to the fireplace, play board games & do a puzzle. A specially designed drying room was included to hang ski gear on, equipped with Koralp Ski Racks, after a long day of adventure. The idea was to deliver the ideal place to return to after a long day of adventure, enjoy some downtime and recharge ready for the next day without the pesky maintenance!
